Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. All orders placed will ship immediately, barring any backorders. If any styles are on backorder, each customer will be notified and the order will automatically ship when items are re-stocked, unless otherwise directed. Once an order ships you will receive a confirmation email fulfilling the order and providing shipping details.
ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION: Cancellation or modification of partial or total order must be received within 24 hours of order placement. Changes after this period are not guaranteed.
Returns/Exchanges for Online Orders
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges and a $25 restock fee excluded). Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return shipping address to our US warehouse. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your credit card will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

You can provide credit card information to process shipping costs and any possible price adjustments. Once the item ships, you will receive shipping and tracking information.
